Trust and transparency
Editorial, Corrections, and AI Disclosure Policy
This policy defines the release standard for public HoloCare product education and editorial resources.
Authorship and review
Every substantive resource names its author. High-stakes care, health, safety, financial, legal, or compliance content must also name a reviewer whose relevant credentials can be verified. A role or qualification is never implied when it has not been confirmed.
Sources and jurisdiction
Factual guidance should link to primary regulators, legislation, standards, peer-reviewed research, or transparent original HoloCare methodology. We identify the applicable country, jurisdiction, source version, and limitations where these affect interpretation.
Dates and maintenance
Resources show their original publication date and latest substantive update. The named content owner reviews regulated guidance after material policy changes and on its scheduled review date.
Claims and evidence
Customer counts, time savings, accuracy, satisfaction, engagement, safety, and compliance outcomes require a recorded source, sample, measurement period, limitations, and approval owner before publication. Unsupported claims are removed.
AI assistance
HoloCare may use AI to assist research organisation, drafting, editing, translation, or quality checks. A human owner remains accountable for accuracy and approval. Material AI assistance is disclosed on the resource when readers would reasonably want to know.
Corrections policy
Report a possible error with the page URL, the statement in question, and supporting evidence. We assess material corrections, update the page and its modified date, and add a correction note when the change affects the meaning or a reader’s decision.
